All swimmers must be members of FXH and able to swim one length of the 25 meter pool unassisted. 

Per league rules in the past, coaches are not allowed in the pool with swimmers to assist after the two first regular meets.  There will be no coaches in the water at the 3rd meet.  

Shrimpers are the 6 & under group - some proficient 4 year old swimmers may be considered (They should be able to swim the length of the pool unassisted by the 3rd meet.)

Age groups are based on swimmer's age as of May 31st.  Swimmers older than 18 have aged out.
