How to Register for Jobs and Swims at a Meet:

Log in to the website. Login is found in the upper right hand corner of the screen.

If you can’t remember your password, click "Forgot your password" to reset your password.

Under the Meets & Events tab, select "Calendar & RSVP" to sign up for a swim meet.

Job Signup

• Click the green JOB SIGNUP button and sign up for volunteer shifts (note one parent may sign up both parents for jobs -- scroll down and you’ll see the other parent listed). If you know you and your spouse will not be at this meet, skip to Swimmer Signup.
• Click Save Assignments.
• Click Back to Signup Calendar.

Volunteers are how summer swim happens. We need you!

Here are the volunteer requirements in order for your swimmer to swim:

• Families with ONLY 6 yo and younger swimmers have a ONE WHOLE meet obligations.
• Families with ONLY 15-18 yo swimmers have NO volunteer obligation.
• ALL other families (which is most of us) have a TWO WHOLE meet obligation.

If you are not able to fill your requirement after the sign-up is complete, please find your own replacement. Babysitters, nannies, grandparents, aunts/uncles, cousins, neighbors, assistants, etc are all welcome to cover for you. Timers should be 14 years old or older. No small children are able to be with you while you volunteer due to space. Please arrange for childcare as needed. Foxcroft Fins swimmers are not allowed to time or act as stroke and turn judge due to potential conflicts of interest.
