Meet RSVP deadline is Tues June 20 at noon.

• Volunteers: Please sign up.
• Timeline:
  • 4:45/5pm - Arrive.  No shrimpers.  No warm ups.  (Dive well may be open for warm ups.)
  • 5:30pm - Start at event 22 (15-18 mens free)
• Heat Sheets: Links below to Heat Sheet & Entries By Name.  Please print.
• Food:  Our snack bar will be open.

Meet RSVP deadline is Sun June 11th at 5pm (4 days before each meet). Please click on "Meet Entry" to let us know whether your swimmer can attend or not. No additions after the deadline. If there's an emergency, and your swimmer cannot swim after the deadline has passed, please email [email protected] to let us know. It's most important if your swimmer is in a relay so we can find a replacement ASAP.

• Timeline:
  • 5/5:15 - arrive at pool
  • 5:25-5:40 - PC warm ups
  • 5:35-5:55 - FXH warm ups (7 and up)
  • 6:00 - meet begins. (It's their Senior Night, so they will honor 2 seniors at the beginning of the meet.)
• Parking:
  • Only park in the lower (large) lot, not the circular tennis lot. Overflow parking CAN NOT be along Park Crossing Drive as that is an obstruction for emergency vehicles. The side streets into the neighborhoods can be used for overflow parking as needed.
• Set Up:
  • Visiting team area is over by the pagoda and near the dive well area of the pool.
  • The baby pool and dive well will be closed during the meet, so please do not to enter those areas. This includes splashing the water on each other, jumping into the dive well and sitting on the side of the dive well with legs in the water
• Food:
  • Their concession stand takes cash, Venmo & PayPal. Menu attached.
• Shrimpers: 6 & unders don’t warm up. Coaches will not be allowed to start in the water with the swimmers. Please arrive by 5:40.

• Parking: There will be limited parking in the lot in front of the clubhouse. Additional parking along Sedley Rd.
• Food: Our snack bar will be open in addition to True Crafted Pizza food truck & Sunset Slush cart. Pre-order here by June 5th at 10am for pizza.
• Volunteers: Thank you to those who have signed up. Check in with Chrissy Bonner/Barb Jones at front desk when you arrive.
• Heat Sheets: I will email them before the meet. Please print.
