Meet RSVP deadline is Sat May 27th 5pm (4 days before each meet). Please click on "Meet Entry" to let us know whether your swimmer can attend or not. No additions after the deadline. If there's an emergency, and your swimmer cannot swim after the deadline, please email [email protected] to let us know. It's most important if your swimmer is in a relay so we can find a replacement ASAP.

• The meet is now at FXH!! Barclay Downs had to drain their pool due to glass on the pool deck and in the pool. So, that means the swim meet will take place at our home pool tonight!

• We still need volunteers! Please sign up to fill these roles: Computer Assistant (2nd half) & 3 Stroke & Turn Judges (1st half & 2nd half)

• Heat sheet will be sent tomorrow.
• Snack bar will be open with a limited menu and will close at 8pm. Sunset Slush will be available.
• Big thanks to all who helped us pivot quickly to make this happen (snack bar, lifeguards, leadership team).

• Parking: There will be limited parking in the lot in front of the clubhouse. Additional parking along Sedley Rd.
• Pool deck: Our team will set up near the clubhouse and Coaches’ Corner near Clerk of Course. The balcony in the clubhouse is reserved for FXH. The baby pool, shallow area and diving well will be closed. The visiting team will set up around the dive well and covered area on the side of the pool opposite the starting blocks.
• Timeline:
  • 5:15 - arrive at pool (5:40 for Shrimpers since they don’t warm up)
  • 5:25-5:40 - BD warm ups
  • 5:40-5:55 - FXH warm ups (7 and up)
  • 6:00 - meet begins

We will hold a Practice Meet to get seed times for swimmers and let everyone experience a meet. A fun FXH tradition is the parent relay! What better way to get the kids excited about swim team?! We will have Nichola McCarley from Classic Photo there to take individual and team photos! Individual photos will be taken at 4:30pm.  No relays or IM events at this meet.  

• • Arrive at 5pm for TEAM PHOTO. Arrive at 4pm if you'd like individual photos. Photo order sheets are at the front desk.
  • Warm ups will occur after team photo.
  • Parent relay will start the meet at 6pm.
  • Volunteers arrive no later than 5:40pm - check in with Barb Jones & Chrissy at front desk.

  • For this practice meet, there will be no relays or IMs or Stroke & Turn Judges. The purpose of the meet is to get baseline times and learn the ropes!
